My clinical duties focus on reproductive medicine in horses, utilizing flow cytometry to evaluate spermatozoa. In teaching, I concentrate exclusively on equine reproduction. My research interests include the molecular regulation of sperm survival post-ejaculation and its application in reproductive medicine in horses, with particular emphasis on metabolism and its relation to redox regulation. I have published approximately 170 scientific papers, predominantly on equine reproduction, and hold an H-index of 56 (Google Scholar; July 2024).
